Technical purpose of product or process El producto declarado es Beyem NeoCal Term, un mortero industrial seco para revestimiento decorativo coloreado, formulado a base de cal, aligerado con corcho natural, flexible, transpirable e hidrofugado. Se suministra en polvo, presenta una densidad aparente aproximada de 1.100 kg/m³ y un rendimiento medio de 1,4 kg/m² por milímetro de espesor, para un espesor habitual de aplicación de entre 4 y 6 mm. El producto se clasifica como CR CS III Wc2, de acuerdo con la UNE-EN 998-1:2017. Su fabricación se realiza en la planta de Rodacal Beyem, S.L., situada en La Roda (Albacete), desde donde se distribuye mediante la red logística de la empresa. Beyem NeoCal Term se utiliza como acabado decorativo en fachadas y como componente de sistemas de aislamiento térmico por el exterior, aportando protección frente al agua, permeabilidad al vapor y terminación estética. La presente Declaración Ambiental de Producto incluye toda la gama de colores comercializados del mortero Beyem NeoCal Term. Las tonalidades disponibles pueden consultarse en la carta de colores publicada en la página web de Rodacal Beyem: www.rodacal.com. Los resultados calculados representan el producto promedio de la gama de colores Beyem NeoCal Term. Para obtener este producto promedio se han ponderado las distintas formulaciones según las cantidades efectivamente fabricadas durante el periodo de referencia del estudio. Por tanto, los resultados declarados no corresponden a un color individual, sino al impacto ambiental medio ponderado del conjunto de colores comercializados durante el periodo analizado.

El mortero, como acabado decorativo y parte de sistemas de aislamiento térmico exterior (SATE), cumple la función principal de protección hidrófuga, transpirabilidad y terminación estética.
